I hope that during the next phases of the project this will change and we will be able to reconcile.

    <p class=”MsoNormal” style=”margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;”><span lang=”PT” style=”font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: ‘Times New Roman’,serif;”>During the week of April 12th to 16th, I had the opportunity to establish my first contact with the target audience of our project: a student at the Faculty of Arts.

    <p class=”MsoNormal” style=”margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt; line-height: 150%;”><span lang=”PT” style=”font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: ‘Times New Roman’,serif; background: white;”>

    <p class=”MsoNormal” style=”mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; background: white;”><span lang=”PT” style=”color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;”><span style=”mso-tab-count: 1;”> However, regarding the progress of the collective work of the project, communication with my group colleagues has been complicated. It is always necessary to remember what we have to do and, many times, they do not say anything or take days to see the messages

    <p class=”MsoNormal” style=”mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; background: white;”><span lang=”PT” style=”color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;”>although I’m shy, doing interviews was always something I liked. Talking to other people, understanding their anxieties, analyzing the data collected… As I am in the Education Sciences course, it is also a task we are used to, as we were referred to it from the beginning, especially in the course units of Methodologies of Education. Investigation.

    <p class=”MsoNormal” style=”mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; background: white;”>

    <p class=”MsoNormal” style=”mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; background: white;”><span lang=”PT” style=”color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;”>In this way, in the first moments of the interview I felt a little “outsider”, that is, like a stranger because, as I said, I didn’t know the person I was going to interview. However, during the interview, this disappeared and I felt much more comfortable talking to Bonnie, especially because, in addition to having similar ages and we are currently going through the same situations, she was very friendly and fun. With this, I can conclude that I went from “outsider” to “insider”, as I ended up being able to relate to the interviewee and got very interesting answers for the continuation of our project.

    <p class=”MsoNormal” style=”mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; background: white;”><span lang=”PT” style=”color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;”>Having said that, and with regard to the feelings of “outsider” and “insider”, I believe that when we go to the field we will feel more deeply what it is to be an “outsider”, since we will be in a field attended only by students from the Faculty of Fine Arts and these will certainly look at us with strangeness, because we will be treading on territory that does not belong to us, but to them.

    <p class=”MsoNormal” style=”mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; background: white;”><span lang=”PT” style=”color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;”>As my group is still in the phase of analyzing the data collected from the interviews carried out, that is, in the diagnosis phase, it is still not possible to see if our project is having a positive or negative impact on the community of students at the Faculty of<span style=”mso-spacerun: yes;”> Art.
