    <p class=”MsoNormal” style=”mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; background: white;”><span lang=”PT” style=”font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: ‘Times New Roman’,serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;”>Thus, the best experience I had with the realization of this project was the planning of the activity to be carried out at a later time. There were several ideas that emerged in the group and all very creative. When we told our main idea in one of the sharing classes about the developments of each group, people were excited and even considered it to be a good plan to implement in other Faculties, since, through a mural dedicated to students where they can, for example , saying how they are doing, presenting constructive criticism for the good functioning of the Faculty, sharing some feelings and works, we are giving them a voice.</span></p>
    <p class=”MsoNormal” style=”mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; background: white;”><span lang=”PT” style=”font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: ‘Times New Roman’,serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;”>In turn, the worst experience I had during the development of this project was working with people with different hours and methods from mine. The fact that my colleagues were calm about leaving everything up to the last minute was one of the things I didn’t like, because I’m used to doing things in advance and having everything finished days ahead of schedule, something that didn’t happen when working with them. .</span></p>

    <p class=”MsoNormal” style=”mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; background: white;”><span lang=”PT” style=”font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: ‘Times New Roman’,serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;”>After finishing this Curricular Unit and finally finishing our project, I can reflect that this experience was very relevant for my academic and professional future, as it endowed me with numerous skills, namely, learning to work in a team, critical thinking, good communication , investigation techniques, among others.</span></p>

    <p class=”MsoNormal” style=”mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; background: white;”><span lang=”PT” style=”font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: ‘Times New Roman’,serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;”>Looking back on the experience lived with the creation of a project within the scope of the “Community as a Practice” course unit, I can already refer to its importance for my future, both academic and professional, as it allowed me to acquire numerous learnings and improve various skills, such as teamwork and critical thinking.</span></p>
    <p class=”MsoNormal” style=”mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; background: white;”><span lang=”PT” style=”font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: ‘Times New Roman’,serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;”>This experience was, without a doubt, an asset for all of us and I hope that the community in which we intervene has also felt some influence and, in some way, an opportunity to express itself through our activity.</span></p>
