1:The term stakeholder is usedto describe individuals, groups, or organizations that have an interest in the project and can mobilize resources to affect the outcome in some way. Often individuals and organizations who are actively involved in the project, or those whose interest can be positively or negatively affected as a result of the success or unsuccess of the project.
2: Stakeholder analysis is greatly helpful in the roll of identifying and understanding the stakeholders in your project. To be successful in your project it is important to do this before your project begins and not during the process.
3: There are three key parts in stakeholder analysis which are to Identify, Priorotise and Understand. Firstly it is vital you identiy and clearly state who the stakeholders are, to do this you must acess the influence, interest and level of participation in your project. Then from here you can break them into catagories for example in regards to their level of power and influence in your project.
